GE
 Oriel
Incorporated is excited to announce its affiliation with the Access
GE program. Oriel is a full service consulting firm whose expertise
includes Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.
Oriel Experience with GE
Oriel Incorporated and General Electric having been working
together for more than 15 years. In the late 80’s Oriel Incorporated,
then Joiner Associates, was working with GE Aircraft Engines implementing
a Quality Advisor program—a precursor to Six Sigma. When Jack
Welch decided to roll out Six Sigma throughout GE, GE Capital brought
Oriel in to adapt the Quality Advisor program into a rigorous Six Sigma
initiative. We worked with them throughout the development and initial
training including conducting train-the-trainer sessions for internal
staff. Oriel then teamed with CLOE (an internal training group for GE)
to continue to conduct Six Sigma training, leveraging the Oriel consultants
advanced statistical knowledge. In total, our work includes providing
DMAIC and DMADV design and training, developing tests and certification
materials, and teaching advanced statistics and DOE. We also provide
project support and worked with special audiences.
We are now working with GE Financial, in their Access GE Program, to
support the full implementation of Six Sigma to interested Access GE
participants. Oriel offers training for all levels of the organization
including Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, and Champion. We
also provide coaching, implementation support, e-learning solutions
