Independent Consultants


INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS – SIX SIGMA CERTIFIED BLACK BELTS AND MASTER BLACK BELTS WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

We are seeking independent consultants with active security clearance qualified to deliver Six Sigma training programs and consulting services, and associated work related to continuous improvement, total customer satisfaction, and general business process improvement. This includes related disciplines such as DMAIC, DMADV, Lean Methods, Team Development, statistical approaches (Regression, Design of Experiments), and experience leading/supporting projects.

To qualify, candidates must have active “secret” security clearance; “confidential” security clearance is preferred. Frequent travel required.

EXPERT IN LEAN OR LEAN SIX SIGMA

We have immediate openings for experienced professionals seeking full-time or independent consulting/contract work to develop and improve client Design for Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsibilities include: remote or on-site consulting at the strategic and operational levels of client organizations, on-site client training in Design for Six Sigma, conducting workshops, conferences, and public training events, and may extend to helping in the development and enhancement of consulting tools and training materials, and providing technical expertise to shape proposals to strategic clients.

Requirements

To qualify, individuals must have:

  • At least five years of experience in Lean or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated history of contributing new ideas that transform organizations.
  • Success in facilitating organizational change.
  • Responsibility for an organization’s bottom line.
  • Experience in meeting internal or external client objectives through leading and managing projects and skills in working with executives.
  • DFSS or DMADV and curriculum development experience a plus.
